For reasons previously discussed here and here, from my perspective, a two-state ‘solution’ could never be what it claimed to be: a solution to the Palestine/Israel impasse. But now it is being resurrected by international actors that include the USA, UK, EU, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Saudi Arabia and the UAE with, perhaps, more than a touch of desperation.
